CUEBANNER is disappear when ::SetFocus() ?

This is my login program that I need but the CUEBANNER is disappear when Get[1]:GotFocus(). If I oGet[1]:setfocus(), CUEBANNER "User Id" will never show. For PASSWORD Clause is working well.
