Puedes probar
Tiene 2 opciones: SMTP (mail) o WWW (página web).
Opción WWW ejemplo:"https://api.smsarena.es/http/sms.php?auth_key=8ODEY3OFTgZG0vdtbfldjsmbDapFYSdW&id=234&from=456859429&to=123987309&text=Mi mensaje SMS para Silvo"
Realmente fácil.
