create a harbour dll containing functions to be executed

They have to be Harbour "items", thats why you need to use the function ItemNew():> Also, I am looking at the samples in FWH64 v1605 and the buildhd.bat looks like a 32 bit build for borland - is there a bat to build a 64bit dll?
