Only to share my experience, I am using FiveWeb for mobile devices. it can be used from all platform.
For android I did a APK that work like the class TACTIVEX of fivewin. where I open inside a browse and load my application in fullscreen mode;
I can use all my experience with Harbour+FiveWeb and work perfect in all platform.
